OVERVIEW: Under the direct supervision of the Associate Director of Sexual and Reproductive Health Services, the Practice Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of the practice including: Ensuring provision of client-centered, non-judgmental SRH services Hiring, supervision, training, and evaluation of all non-clinical personnel Increase access to our services for people who have the greatest barriers to achieving good health, safety, and economic security Overseeing continuous quality improvement activities Providing direct care and support for clinical operations Ensuring compliance with practice policies and procedures Manage laboratory compliance including laboratory controls, proficiency, testing, and equipment calibration and verification requirements Overseeing, prioritizing, and delegating staff workload Overseeing inventory of medications and supplies Running daily financial/visit reports Implement systems to improve service delivery Participating in management meetings Other duties as assigned by the Associate Director of Reproductive Health Requirements REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor?s degree in health care administration or at least 2 years as a Medical Practice Manager building cohesive and high performing teams. Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
