Under this role, the Senior Project Manager manages the relationship and communication with the project sponsor, senior management and a wide range of project stakeholders, including external vendors, helping them identify key barriers to project success while actively managing all risk mitigation activities, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality product, on-time and on-budget. + Monitors and controls inputs and documentation required for each project stage/gate checkpoint, including but not limited to project charter, project (business, technical) requirements documents, project metrics, project schedule, risk management plans, resource plan, budgets, transition to production documents, etc.
