The Workday Security Administrator is a Senior Workday HRIS Analyst and is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the security configuration in Workday, the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This includes clearly explaining system functionality and the rationale for changes in a concise manner, responding promptly to inquiries, and ensuring supervisors are included on business-related communications as appropriate. Provide rotational on-call support during evenings, weekends, and holidays, maintaining sufficient knowledge of implemented projects and code changes to ensure timely issue resolution and minimize processing delays. The role supports the overall Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Program's goal of maintaining and growing Circle's resiliency by identifying, assessing, and preparing its operations for any internal and external factors and risks that could interfere with reaching its goals and objectives. Maintain an underwriting territory, reviewing individual risks and aggregate trends and working with agents as needed for book quality; provide relationship-oriented service to customers, colleagues and stakeholders, including direct contact with customers. lock, extension, update, re-lock, renegotiation, cancellation, price inquiries, price updates, pre- and post-closing price adjustments, disclosures, and changes in circumstance) • Execute daily reporting routine to validate integrity of commitment pricing and parameters • Serve as subject matter expert to handle escalated inquiries and issues with respect to the CDL portal and Loan Origination System, related to all pricing mechanics and pricing related setup • Liaise with clients and business partners (including: credit, capital markets, sales, post purchase, accounting and various groups across fulfillment) to ensure accuracy of pricing • Identify and document gaps or concerns related to systems, processes, or behavior (client and/or business partners) to be reviewed by the pricing manager • Collaborate on process improvement, focusing on efficiency and policy adherence • Conduct research as instructed by pricing manager • Assist with development of analysts • Perform other related duties as required and assigned. The position designs and conducts descriptive, inferential, longitudinal, survey, and quasi-experimental analyses using large-scale education datasets; develops reproducible workflows in R and/or other statistical programming languages; supports dashboards and required reports; and translates technical findings into actionable products for agency leaders, policymakers, and public school units. Master's degree in Education, Tests and Measurement, Education Research, Education/Quantitative Psychology and Statistics, or Statistics, from an appropriately accredited institution and three years of directly related experience in an education environment needed to perform the work; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. li>Support Workday Payroll configuration related to earnings, deductions, pay components, pay groups, payroll inputs, payroll calculations, retro pay, tax setup, garnishments, direct deposit, and payroll business processes. This includes supporting payroll audits, reconciliations, variance review, gross-to-net validation, exception reporting, payroll issue research, and correction of payroll-impacting issues across exempt and non-exempt employee populations. |
