Global Dimensions is currently seeking a Journeyman Targeting Specialist to support a mission-critical intelligence program in College Park, Maryland. This position is ideal for an experienced intelligence professional with a strong background in targeting, intelligence analysis, and investigative support within the U.S. Intelligence Community (USIC).

The Journeyman Targeting Specialist provides advanced intelligence analysis and targeting support by integrating information from multiple intelligence disciplines to identify threats, develop actionable intelligence leads, and produce high-quality intelligence products. The successful candidate will leverage investigative methodologies, analytic tradecraft, and intelligence community resources to support law enforcement, homeland security, and national security operations.

Essential Job Functions:

Produce actionable intelligence leads and classified intelligence products in accordance with Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) analytic tradecraft standards.

Conduct intelligence analysis using information from multiple classified and open-source data sets to identify patterns, trends, vulnerabilities, and emerging threats.

Develop intelligence assessments, targeting packages, briefing materials, and investigative products to support operational and strategic decision-making.

Apply structured analytic techniques to identify intelligence gaps, evaluate information reliability, and produce well-supported analytical conclusions.

Acquire, analyze, and integrate information from Intelligence Community databases and other intelligence sources to support mission requirements.

Conduct research and analysis utilizing classified and unclassified intelligence systems.

Prepare written reports, briefings, and presentations for senior Government leadership and operational personnel.

Collaborate with analysts, investigators, and Intelligence Community partners to support ongoing investigations and intelligence operations.

Support intelligence-driven targeting efforts by identifying networks, relationships, and entities of operational interest.

Utilize advanced analytical software and visualization tools, including Palantir, i2 Analyst's Notebook, and the Microsoft Office Suite, to organize, analyze, and present intelligence information.

Maintain compliance with Intelligence Community policies, procedures, security requirements, and analytic tradecraft standards.

Support strategic planning, operational assessments, and mission analysis activities.

Perform additional intelligence analysis and targeting duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance based on a fully adjudicated Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) or Periodic Reinvestigation (PR) completed or initiated within the past five (5) years.

Clearance must have at least six (6) months remaining at the time of resume submission.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (required; additional experience may not be substituted).

Minimum seven (7) years of intelligence analysis experience supporting the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) or another U.S. Intelligence Community (USIC) agency.

Demonstrated experience producing actionable intelligence leads and classified intelligence products in accordance with ODNI tradecraft standards.

Experience applying structured analytical techniques to identify trends, patterns, intelligence gaps, and operational risks.

Working knowledge of Intelligence Community organizations, intelligence collection capabilities, investigative methodologies, and information-sharing practices.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex intelligence information clearly to technical and executive audiences.

Advanced knowledge of Intelligence Community operations, organizations, and analytic tradecraft.

Strong critical thinking, investigative, and analytical problem-solving skills.

Ability to synthesize large volumes of complex information into concise, actionable intelligence products.

Excellent written communication skills with experience producing intelligence reports for operational and executive audiences.

Strong briefing and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, classified environment.

Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to analytical rigor.

Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple Intelligence Community organizations and mission partners.

Advanced proficiency with:

Desired Skills:

Experience supporting intelligence targeting, investigative analysis, or telecommunications intelligence missions.

Experience conducting organizational threat, vulnerability, or risk assessments.

Experience supporting law enforcement, homeland security, or national security operations.

Working knowledge of Python or other programming languages used for data analysis and automation.

Experience briefing senior Government officials and executive leadership.

Familiarity with enterprise architecture, mission engineering, or strategic planning processes.
