Basic Job Functions: The Talent Management and Learning Specialist II will partner closely with the Talent Management and Learning Manager, Talent & Development team and business partners to craft, analyze, and evaluate Talent Management and Learning programs that align with the company''s goals and values. This role will execute, manage and measure effectiveness of talent programs; partner and collaborate with talent team, HR business partners and business leaders to assist in the development and implementation programs and processes; and operates as a functional contact of talent management programs/processes.
