Develop and execute a comprehensive supply chain strategy aligned to operational and growth goals Lead planning for engineered-to-order and configured products, balancing cost, lead time, and risk Manage supplier sourcing, negotiation, and performance for direct and indirect materials Establish strategic supplier partnerships and drive cost reduction initiatives Oversee demand planning, MRP, inventory optimization, and S&OP processes Ensure on-time material availability to support production and project schedules Identify and mitigate supply risks and develop contingency sourcing strategies Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies Build and develop a high-performing supply chain team What qualifications will make you successful? Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field 8-12+ years of supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment Experience with engineered-to-order or complex industrial products preferred Strong leadership, negotiation, and supplier management expertise Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Epicor) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Preferred: MBA or Master's degree, professional certifications (CPIM, CSCP, CPSM), and Lean/Six Sigma experience What's in it for you?
