This role independently manages assigned suppliers and material groups, driving issue resolution and supporting cost reduction initiatives to prevent production disruptions. The position plays a key role in maintaining supply continuity, optimizing inventory, and supporting business objectives through effective supplier management and cross-functional collaboration.

What you will do: Plan purchased raw material and components by category and supplier to maintain optimal inventory levels to support production requirements and inventory turn goals. To provide management of materials and equipment capacity relating to planning customer requirements, purchasing raw materials, monitor planning of production orders to meet inventory objectives, customer delivery expectations, operational efficiencies and company objectives. Manage procurement and planning of raw materials including films, foils, and resins, ensuring alignment with production schedules and customer demand.
p>WHAT THIS ROLE WILL BE DOING: Summary: The Supply & Production Planner is responsible for managing inventory planning, supply execution, and production scheduling across the manufacturing and distribution network to meet customer demand and service objectives. p>Maintenance Planner responsibilities include the following: Must follow Ahlstrom manufacturing and hygiene processes, procedures and policies, as applicable, to the position's areas of responsibility, in order to meet and maintain the safety, quality, and regulatory compliance requirements for each grade of paper. Lead scheduled planning and outage meetings in the most effective manner possible and provide required schedules and work order backlogs to assist in facilitating the planning process.
