You will • Develop and maintain machining allocation and capacity plans based on demand forecasts • Analyze machine and labor capacity to establish both short- and long-term production plans • Create and manage detailed production schedules to optimize throughput and minimize downtime, including changeover considerations • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, engineering, maintenance) to align schedules with operational priorities • Lead weekly planning cycles and communicate production plans to cell leaders • Drive schedule adjustments to support new product introduction (NPI), continuous improvement initiatives, and operational changes • Monitor and report key manufacturing KPIs (Quality, Delivery, Cost) and address underperformance • Coordinate preventive maintenance planning with maintenance teams to minimize disruption to production schedules • Manage safety stock levels and support Kanban optimization, including bin resizing activities • Lead initiatives to improve flow, flexibility, and efficiency (e.g., swap-out reduction, 3F principles: Fast, Flexible, Flow) To succeed, you will need We encourage you to apply even if you don"t meet every single requirement.
