p>Position Requirements: A: Licensure/Certification/Registration: Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner shall at all times during the term of this Agreement:
Hold a current, valid and unlimited license as a Physician Assistant in the State of Georgia; Be competently and adequately trained to provide services Not be, and at no time has been, excluded from participation in any federally-funded health care program, including, without limitation, Medicare or Medicaid; Remain insurable for and maintain the professional liability insurance required under this Agreement, at rates reasonably equivalent to those available with respect to other Physician Assistant employees of Hospital (or otherwise as reasonably determined by Hospital), allowing for normal rate differentials among specialties. According to established protocols, conducts clinical assessment of the patients' health care status and needs and provides patient care to facilitate expected patient outcomes.
