Part Time Program Manager

Association seeking a dynamic, part-time Program Manager to lead the strategic direction, events, fundraising, and communications. Flexible part-time schedule of 20-32 hours per week, days and hours negotiable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning and execution of major annual fundraising events
• Cultivate new memberships and donor relationships using the alumni database
• Manage the publication of the semi-annual newsletter, including story writing and coordination with designers and printers
• Oversee social media presence (Facebook, Instagram) and website updates
• Coordinate press releases and event marketing with local media
• Support classes with reunion planning
• Serve as a liaison for the Advisory Board and Committees

Qualifications:

• Event planning experience required
• Strong writing, editing, and/or newsletter publishing skills
• Public and community relations experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Preferred: Experience with WordPress or similar CMS; experience with Bloomerang or similar donor database
