While performing the essential functions, the associate is standing, sitting, walking, talking, and hearing using repetitive motion and use of manual dexterity most of the time while frequently lifting, carrying, kneeling, handling, grasping, and feeling and occasionally pushing, pulling, climbing, balancing, stooping, crouching, and reaching. Assist in personal care (dressing/undressing, toileting, tub bath/shower, nails, hair care, shaving, hygiene, help with prosthetic devices, dentures, artificial limbs, hearing aids) of residents as individually needed.
