Required 2-3 years of relevant business development and acquisition experience, and/or B.Home experience;
Minimum of 12 months in current role for internal employees;
Experience in high volume engagement of new partners strongly preferred;
In-depth knowledge of the online travel industry;
Strong knowledge of the Vacation Rental Segment preferred;
Fluent English speaker and writer;
Ability to demonstrate strong networking skills in order to connect with different internal and external stakeholders;
Ability to adjust communication style depending on the stakeholder;
Ability to read and interpret multiple data sources in order to define short, medium, and long-term goals;
Passionate about high volume outreach and followup to new potential partners.
Strong Ability to plan and prioritize workload in line with business needs;
Ability to think about new opportunities - entrepreneurship;
Ability to work in a team, and able to challenge other team members with an open communication style;
Availability to travel up to 50% if necessary based on business needs;
University background in hospitality or travel is preferred;
You must live in a commutable distance to the office;
You already have a work permit to work in the United States of America.
