This position requires a Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field from an accredited college or university as recognized by the United States Department of Education and/or the Council on Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) and seven (7) years of experience, three (3) years of supervisory experience and five (5) years of management experience. This position provides leadership and oversight to key operational functions within the Fund Development team, including revenue forecasting, expense management, fundraising analytics, donor stewardship systems, CRM optimization, and team accountability. The Senior Director of Philanthropy will monitor departmental revenue and expense performance, maintain monthly fundraising projections and cash flow reporting, and prepare financial and fundraising performance reports to support executive decision-making and strategic planning. The position maintains electronic medical records, primary insurance of each athlete, coordinates medical coverage needed, assists with operation of the University's main and satellite athletic training facilities, administers drug testing, mentors graduate and undergraduate student athletic trainers, and maintains athletic training equipment.
