This position requires a Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field from an accredited college or university as recognized by the United States Department of Education and/or the Council on Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) and seven (7) years of experience, three (3) years of supervisory experience and five (5) years of management experience. This position provides leadership and oversight to key operational functions within the Fund Development team, including revenue forecasting, expense management, fundraising analytics, donor stewardship systems, CRM optimization, and team accountability. The Senior Director of Philanthropy will monitor departmental revenue and expense performance, maintain monthly fundraising projections and cash flow reporting, and prepare financial and fundraising performance reports to support executive decision-making and strategic planning. Demonstrated experience leading change management initiatives, including stakeholder alignment, communication planning, adoption strategies, and measurement of outcomes related to customer experience improvements. The ideal candidate brings deep property and casualty (P&C) insurance expertise, a strong customer-centric mindset, and proven success leading teams and driving measurable service and experience improvements. |
