Key Responsibilities Include: + Drafting legal documents, pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, complaints, and demand letters; + Managing e-discovery with vendors, including the collection, review, and production of electronic documents; + Conducting legal research and case investigation, including interviewing witnesses and analyzing relevant documents; + Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, court officials, and other parties; + Organizing, reviewing, and summarizing case materials, legal documents, medical records, and discovery materials; + Preparing for trial, pretrial hearings, and motion submissions. Requirements Qualifications: + Minimum of four years relevant experience; + Proficiency in e-discovery processes and related tools; + Strong knowledge of document drafting, legal research, and trial preparation; + Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail; + Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment.
