div>We are currently hiring for the Swing Shift 3:00pm-11:30pm, Tuesday - Saturday.
Mechanical responsibilities will include chilled water systems and components, HVAC systems such as roof top units, CRAC/CRAH units, and humidification systems.
Electrical responsibilities will include electrical/critical power distribution from the Utility/Generator main switchgear through the UPS systems out to the customer load.
Fire Life Safety responsibilities will include wet sprinkler systems and pre-action sprinkler systems as well as their associated detection devices.
Communications Infrastructure responsibilities will include IFD / MDF / MMR management, structured cabling and supporting infrastructure ownership, and customer space management.
This position will also be directly responsible for the processes that maximize customer uptime in the most cost-effective way by working very closely with the Data Center Manager. Critical Operations Engineer II Role:
The Critical Operations Engineer II must possess an expert level of knowledge and will be responsible for the operational integrity and regulatory compliance of the data center electrical, mechanical, fire life safety systems, and communications infrastructure.
Skills:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience installing, maintaining, and/or troubleshooting large commercial and industrial systems including: Chilled Water Systems, Large Centrifugal Chillers, Cooling Towers, Heat Exchangers, Water Treatment Systems, VFD’s and Pumps, HVAC equipment, CRAC/CRAH’s, Humidification Systems, BMS and PLC Controls, Emergency Standby Diesel Generator Systems, Fuel/Oil systems, 480/277 and 208/120 electrical generation and distribution, Static UPS Systems, and Double Interlock Pre-Action Systems.
Working closely with District Operations Coordinators (DOCs), Technology Implementation Analysts (TIAs), and field leadership, you'll play a critical role in successful office openings, daily operations, and seasonal closures. Perform routine building maintenance such as replacing light bulbs and ceiling tiles, cleaning HVAC vents, repairing minor physical damage, resolving minor plumbing issues, and conducting minor low-voltage electrical work.
ul>While performing the duties of this job, the employee routinely is required to sit; walk; talk; hear; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and stretch. Manage these processes across multiple shifts in a 24/7 production environment to meet or exceed key performance indicators:
Safety, Quality, First Pass Yield, On-Time Delivery, Lead Time, Labor Productivity, and 5S.
Working knowledge of and experience with various packing methods suitable to a wide range of media, required Working knowledge of and experience with art gallery and event installation methods suitable to a wide range of media, required Audio/Visual skills, preferred Basic electrical skills including wiring, preferred Basic carpentry skills and knowledge of basic power tools, required Basic knowledge of painting and wall repair, required Specific carpentry and wall preparation skill, preferred. Auction Setup - Move auction furniture from storage to Auction Room and place following installation maps and guidelines, install carpet, layout chairs, hang TVs and cameras, focus lighting, patch and touchup, put away ladders and carts, bring catalogues to registration desk, distribute water bottles and glasses to phone bank, chase cabling, remove packing material and other debris from gallery.
