Coordinates and assists with office staff functions such as: scheduling patient appointments, physician coverage, answering phones, completing patient intakes, calling to confirm appointments and entering daily patient charges. Supervise the maintenance staff, including training, scheduling work assignments, and authorization of overtime ensuring all work is performed in a safe manner in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
This would include but not limited to, reviewing project schedules, training new installers and/or subcontractors, monitoring work progress, monitoring expenses, field measures, permits, helping crews start/finish jobs, completing service calls, and meeting with customers to review difficult or complicated jobs. Qualifications: Applicant must have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in construction field operations, with a focus on sunrooms, doors, and windows.
ul> Assist Roadside Assistance (RA) Club Fleet Management with the effective operation of AAA Club Alliance location(s), providing leadership to the RA Club Fleet drivers, dispatch and administrative staff, ensure staffing levels, performance and sales goals are met or exceeded. Handle difficult or escalated customer situations; respond promptly to customer needs; respond to requests for service and assistance; meet commitments and build/maintain positive work relationships with co-workers, other company associates and the public.

The rate offered depends on a number of factors, including geographic location, experience in retail, automotive knowledge, education, leadership roles, and other skillsets ideal for this position and shift differential (if applicable).
