Essential responsibilities include supporting daily operations through front office coordination, maintaining accurate data and documentation in systems, assisting with administrative projects, supporting DSP staffing efforts, helping ensure compliance, building and maintaining professional relationships, assisting with drafting, reviewing, and organizing records, contributing to an organized work environment, and completing additional tasks and projects as assigned. Qualifications and experience required include strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills, clear and professional communication skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively, proficiency with data systems and recordkeeping, valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation, and fluency in Spanish/English.
