Check in includes vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration, height, weight, BMI, Assessment of pain, LMP, Medications, Allergies, HPI, chief complaint and past health history on all new patients), retrieve patient history if applicable (prior labs, x-rays) and assess patient needs.
