The Operations Division partners with Credit, Business Unit, Finance, Legal, and Technology to execute the Firm's Institutional, Retail, and Asset Management businesses by developing strong client relationships, collaborating closely with its business partners supporting and settling transactions, devising and implementing effective controls, to enable to development of new structures, businesses, and markets. Key responsibilities include loan origination support, loan documentation review, execution and control of disbursement and payment requests, financial reconciliation, document management, issue research and resolution, audit-related data and documentation support, and coordination with Field, Product, Technology, Finance, Credit, and external vendors supporting the loan platform.
