Talent Acquisition Analyst/Recruiting Coordinator

KKR seeks an exceptional, highly motivated recent graduate to join the firm's Talent Acquisition team as an Analyst supporting the Head of Talent Acquisition. This is a unique opportunity for someone early in their career to gain broad exposure to recruiting, Human Resources, and the asset management industry while working closely with the leader of KKR's global recruiting function.
The Analyst will serve as a key partner to the Head of Talent Acquisition, helping manage a portfolio of senior and strategic searches while supporting the reporting, analytics, and day-to-day operations of the global Talent Acquisition function. The role combines recruiting coordination, data and analysis, project management, and operating support, providing visibility into both the strategic and executional sides of recruiting.
The successful candidate will gain firsthand exposure to how a global Talent Acquisition function operates within a leading alternative asset manager, including how senior and executive searches are managed from initial strategy through offer and close; how recruiting priorities connect to broader business objectives; and how recruiting data, compensation and offer approvals, and executive search firm relationships are managed. The role will also provide significant exposure to senior executives, recruiters, candidates, and external partners across KKR''s global organization.
The Head of Talent Acquisition will work closely with this individual, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who is intellectually curious, eager to learn, and interested in building a strong foundation in recruiting, Human Resources, financial services, or asset management.
Because the role involves highly confidential recruiting, compensation, candidate, and financial information, exceptional judgment, maturity, integrity, and discretion are essential.
This is a contract position requiring a minimum six-month commitment.
Responsibilities:
Recruiting Coordination & Support to the Head of Talent Acquisition
Serve as a day-to-day analyst and organizational partner to the Head of Talent Acquisition, helping manage priorities and drive senior and strategic searches forward.
Global Talent Acquisition Reporting & Operations
Support the reporting, analytics, and key operating processes used to manage KKR''s global Talent Acquisition function.
Executive Search Firm Management
Support the administration, tracking, and analysis of KKR''s executive search firm activity.
Across all responsibilities, handle highly sensitive candidate, employee, compensation, and business information with exceptional discretion and judgment.
Ideal Experience:
Our ideal candidate is an outstanding recent college graduate (Spring 2025 - Spring 2026 graduation date) with a strong academic record who is motivated and genuinely interested in learning more about asset management, financial services, or Human Resources. They will demonstrate exceptional potential, judgment, and work ethic.

This is the expected range of daily salary rate for this position. Actual daily salary rate may vary based on several factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role.
Hourly Rate
$35-$35 USD
