Key Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise the administrative staff, including receptionists and medical assistants - Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity - Coordinate and schedule appointments for patients, including follow-up visits and treatment plans - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance - Manage inventory and ordering of office supplies and equipment - Oversee billing and insurance processes, including claims submission and follow-up - Communicate with insurance companies and resolve any billing or coding issues - Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training new office staff - Handle patient inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments and external partners to ensure seamless operations - Participate in meetings and provide input on office operations and improvements - Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Office Manager, preferably in a healthcare setting - Knowledge of medical terminology, billing, and insurance processes - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance Join our team: At Global Force USA, we value diversity and strive to create an inclusive and supportive work environment for all employees.
