The Trust Tax Manager directs and supervises, directly or indirectly, the tax return preparation and related client service activities of a large team of tax professionals (7-10) including Senior Trust Tax Accountants, Trust Tax Accountants, and may include Trust Tax Associates, Interns and Co-ops, Administrative Assistants, and Product Specialists.
The base salary for this position is reflective of the range of salary levels for all roles within this pay grade across the U.S. Individual salaries within this range will vary based on factors such as role, relevant skillset, relevant experience, education and geographic location.
Maintains market awareness on competitor activities, industry tends and new concepts by reading industry periodicals, networking, attending periodic update training events and trade shows which will ensure that the manager is adding value and is current on industry knowledge to aid in making informed decisions. Develop and maintain assigned strategic account customer relationships, utilizing TTI's products and services to maximize sales, gross profit, and return on investment/assets.
