Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Mid-Level (Level 3): 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Bachelor's Degree Familiarity with Lean principles such as Value Stream Mapping, Just-In-Time, Demand Flow, Single Piece Flow, Five S's, Visual Management, Total Productive Maintenance, Continuous Improvement Process, Kaizen, SPC, Six Sigma and Communication Tools, Statistical Problem Solving, ISO, AS-91000, ISO-14001 or similar High energy, dynamic personality with an ability to effect change Able to interface comfortably with all levels of management Aircraft Experience MS Office Skills Data analytical abilities Problem solving / decision making skills Previous experience with Project Management Communication Skills (both verbal and written).
