Responsibilities Operate high-volume copiers, printers, scanners, fax machines, and image handling software Perform copying, scanning, binding, finishing, QC, and final checks Sort, distribute, and process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and faxes; apply postage Support shipping and receiving of materials and supplies Maintain and troubleshoot equipment; perform daily quality checks, clear jams, and escalate issues Track service logs, meter readings, inventory, and basic billing/charge logs Respond to customer inquiries, service calls, and job status requests Deliver completed jobs to designated locations; travel between buildings as required Maintain cleanliness, stocking, and organization of copier and business center areas Perform filing, archiving, and document management (including purging) Use bindery and finishing equipment (paper cutters, hole drillers, shrink-wrap machines, joggers, tape machines, stackers, electric staplers, scales) Assist with additional support tasks such as housekeeping, file services, or call handling as needed Requirements High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience Previous print/copy, mailroom, or office services experience preferred Basic computer skills including MS Office and email Technical aptitude with printers, scanners, postage, and office equipment Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment Ability to stand/walk for extended periods; bend, reach, stretch, and lift 5055 lbs; push/pull equipment Willingness to travel between buildings (approximately 10% driving) Valid drivers license and required insurance may be needed Availability for part-time schedule (approx.
