We are small office, but very busy.

Oversee/provide operation of the customer-facing office by providing general receptionist duties, high quality customer service, car rental reservations, vehicle check-out/in, parking permit/citation sales, radio dispatch, prepare citation appeals, and maintain supplies and inventory. Supervise/provide accounting duties by processing payments, corrections, refunds, reconciliation, deposits, manage payment plans, process payroll deductions, and manage 3rd party collections.
The individual must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life-span and possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status and interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each patient's requirements relative to his or her age-specific needs, and to provide the care needed as described in the unit's/area's/department's policies and procedures. The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) administers direct nursing care to patients under the direction and supervision of a licensed RN or LPN in an efficient, safe and courteous manner.
