Physical capability to effectively use and operate various items of office related equipment, such as, but not limited to, computer, copier, multi-line phone and fax machine. Demonstrated knowledge of behavior management, crisis intervention, and interventions common to acutepsychiatric clients as well as to non-violent crisis intervention practice.
