Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry Float Pool position on nights, requiring at least 1 year of recent specialty experience and an active AL or Compact RN license.

Details

  • Works within an Acute Care Float Pool in a hospital setting
  • Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  • 13-week contract
  • EMR: Meditech (experience not required)

Requirements

  • Active AL or Compact RN license currently in hand — no pending or temporary licenses accepted
  • No disciplinary hits on license (past or current)
  • Minimum 2 years of RN experience, with at least 1 year of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
  • Documents required for consideration: current driver's license, full SSN, two professional references from within the last year, and license verification via NURSYS

Additional Information

  • Local candidates are accepted at the same rates with no radius restrictions
  • No HealthStream modules required prior to start — competency-based modules are completed during virtual orientation
  • Timekeeping system: Centricity
  • A Cardiac Exam will be administered as part of the hiring process
