Key Responsibilities: Primary Service Delivery: ā¢ Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repair services on commercial HVAC systems, including packaged units, air handlers, chillers, boilers, and associated equipment ā¢ Maintain, operate, and troubleshoot electrical distribution systems, plumbing systems, building automation controls, and fire/life safety systems ā¢ Execute assigned work orders using CMMS technology with minimal supervision ā¢ Conduct facility inspections and due diligence assessments, reporting conditions that impact client operations. Required Qualifications: ā¢ High school diploma or GED; technical training or trade school degree preferred ā¢ Minimum 4 years of technical experience in commercial building engineering with strong background in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems ā¢ Universal EPA/CFC certification (required) ā¢ Valid state drivers license with clean driving record ā¢ Knowledge of overall MEP/HVAC system design and applications ā¢ Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in various environmental conditions.
