Knowledge of: DDC building control systems; system operations including but not limited to; chillers, cooling towers, boilers, pumps, air handling units, hydronics, electrical, lighting, UPS, security, fire and other logically controlled systems; multiple communications protocols - example: BACnet, Modbus; and computer usage including related software - BAS Operations, Report Generation, Terminal Emulator, word process program, spreadsheet program, computerized maintenance management system. Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or computer science and twelve years of experience as an automation controls worker for a commercial, industrial, semi-industrial, business, medical or data center facilities operation, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
