The Operations Manager serves as a key liaison among patients and families, as well as hospital departments, physicians, community partners, and emergency services agencies including but not limited to SCP Clinical Partners, local EMS agencies, victim advocacy organizations, the Trauma Program, Biomedical Engineering, Environmental Services, Laboratory Services, Diagnostic Imaging, Information Technology, and Facilities Management, to support exceptional service, operational excellence, and the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care. - Environmental Demands and Exposure to Hazards:
- Works in a clean, well-lighted, heated, and/or ventilated hospital facility, including both administrative and clinical environments within the Emergency Department and related operational areas.
