As a member of the site leadership team, this role partners across site and enterprise functions including Innovation, Technology, Finance, Human Resources, and Commercial to support operational excellence, organizational capability, and long-term growth. THE POSITION: Lead and improve Manufacturing Engineering processes, manufacturing & engineering personnel partnerships, practices, and team capabilities, including engineering documentation, manufacturing process development, equipment implementation, and problem solving.
