Assist in THP's day-to-day legal affairs, including the planning, development, and implementation of other projects and responsibilities as assigned by Chief Legal Counsel; including by thoroughly investigating facts; understanding and analyzing complex problems and issues; identifying and analyzing applicable authorities; and recommending possible solutions and/or mitigation strategies. Responsibilities: Draft and review agreements and contracts (including service provider agreements, software as a service agreement, group business contracts, and vendor contracts); identify potential legal issues and creatively problem solve to address the same; advise, seek input from, and incorporate responses from business partners and stakeholders in contract language.
