This position is a midlevel maintenance technician responsible for performing skilled mechanical, electrical, and preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment in a USDA regulated meat processing environment. Included are the inspection of fire alarm systems, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and fire extinguishers, and report all inspection outcomes in writing to the Facilities Manager.
