The Field Technician, Customer Training employee conducts installations and training for several Wassenburg Medical devices. This role also includes re-trainings, repairs, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting via email, phone or in-person, and provides in-factory support for any inquiry from our customer base.
Education Required:
High School Diploma, Associate Degree, or 2 or more years of work experience in a related field.
Practical Experience:
Proficient in the use of a computer. Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge required. Previous travel experience preferred. Previous electrical, mechanical, appliance, or repair work preferred.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communicative skills. Strong problem solving skills. Technically inclined.
