We're seeking reliable technicians with apartment maintenance experience who can independently complete service requests, preventative maintenance, and unit turns. Handle unit turns including drywall, painting, and minor renovations.

Daily Building Start-Up / Shutdown • Execute start-up checklists: verify utilities (air, water, power), confirm safety systems (LOTO points, e-stops, guards), and walk critical areas before production.
