This position requires, under limited supervision, and to the extent permitted by licensing status, performance of highly skilled work related to corrective and preventive maintenance, repairs and restorations of heating, ventilating, central air conditioning, plumbing, mechanical and related utility systems in Manchester Housing and Redevelopment Authority buildings and facilities. A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required, or technical school or apprenticeship supplemented by four years of experience in mechanical, building or plumbing trades as related to plumbing, heating, ventilation and air conditioning fields, or an equivalent combination of education and training.
