Shifts Available: 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift, and Weekend Shifts (2nd/3rd)

Our client is an innovative, growing manufacturing company utilizing advanced 3D printing technology and precision production equipment. We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join their team in Wilmington, MA!

What You’ll Do
- Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on industrial furnaces, compressors, and manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems, including motors, relays, heating elements, VFDs, and control circuits.
- Inspect and maintain compressed air systems, pneumatic components, and related facility equipment.
- Perform equipment calibrations and maintain accurate maintenance records using CMMS software.
- Support equipment installations, repairs, and upgrades to minimize production downtime.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve equipment issues.
- Follow safety procedures, maintain organized work areas, and ensure proper handling of hazardous materials.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with industrial furnaces, electrical systems, motors, and pneumatic equipment.
- Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools such as multimeters, clamp meters, and pressure gauges.
- Experience using CMMS maintenance software.
- High school diploma or GED required; technical training or an associate degree preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Industrial electrical certification or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Knowledge of 3-phase electrical systems, VFDs, and PLC troubleshooting.
- Experience with 3D printing, precision manufacturing, or automated production equipment.
- Forklift or scissor lift certification.
