Qualifications You Must Have: Minimum of 5+ years' experience in all aspects of facilities maintenance and construction to include carpentry, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, sheet metal, and janitorial and a bachelor's degree in Operations, Business Administration or related discipline or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree. This role requires significant interaction with local business leadership, labor relations, and other RTX functional organizations including EHS, Security, Digital Technology, Internal Customers, suppliers.
