This role supports production, warehousing, and transportation teams by managing higher complexity shipments, guiding logistics processes, and serving as a key point of contact for internal teams, customers, and logistics partners. Track and monitor deliveries to a wide range of destinations-including warehouses, customer facilities, mine sites, and remote locations-while overseeing shipments handled by both companyāarranged carriers and customerāarranged logistics partners.
This role focuses specifically on tasks such as daily reporting, internal and external stakeholder relationship management, carrier rate and contract ownership, process improvement initiatives, and booking exception management through various communication channels. Cable or fiber internet connections (at least 75mbps download/10mbps upload) are preferred, as satellite connections often cannot support the technologies used to perform day-to-day tasks.
