The Senior Logistics Specialist leads the logistics staff who keep a jobsite supplied. You will coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, equipment, and tools, and make sure field crews have what they need to execute the work efficiently and safely.
Two things separate this seat from the Logistics Specialist role. You will take the more complex jobsites, where material volume and coordination demands run heaviest. And you will lead, training and assigning the logistics staff working alongside you and evaluating how they perform. Expect to be on your feet and moving through the shift, same as the crew you lead.

We recognize that experience comes from many paths. An equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience that results in successful performance of the job is welcomed. Additional education may substitute for required experience on a one-for-one year basis, or vice versa.
This is a field-based role performed on active construction sites, both indoors and outdoors, with exposure to weather and jobsite conditions. The role involves lifting 50 pounds or more, standing and moving throughout the shift, climbing, and working at heights, and requires wearing personal protective equipment. Expect a fast-paced environment that calls for focus and sound judgment under pressure.
We provide Arc Flash Incident Energy studies per NFPA and are also capable of Infrared Thermography for your preventative maintenance needs. We forecast potential electrical issues that could arise, hurting productivity or customers interests. We also provide preventative maintenance on-site, to include breaker replacements, grounding surveys, generator maintenance and building load tests. We provide safe and reliable electrical services for the telecommunications and commercial industries in a timely and efficient manner. We are veteran owned and a military friendly company.
