This contract will provide configuration management (CM), logistics, mechanical and electrical engineering technician services, field service support, project management, drafting and design, technical writing, and acquisition services to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), Unmanned & Expeditionary Weapon Systems (H40) Division and Intelligent Automation (H60) Division. - Associates (or higher) in business or related degree AND five (3) years professional experience which includes two (2) years specialized experience in analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of program operations in meeting established goals, requirements, and objectives.
Experience performing complex evaluations of existing procedures, processes, communication techniques, models, and/or systems related to management problems for the corporate operations for a major Legislative or Department of Defense (DoD) Echelon Command / Secretariat; past experience supporting a Navy or Marine Corps Command Element preferred. Job duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Ensure project procedures and controls are followed, manage manning and staffing project efforts, and lead problem resolution efforts.
li>Analyze system designs to determine training and logistics supportability; document results in Training Situation Requirements Analysis (TSRA), Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA), Job Duty Task Analysis (JDTA), Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), and other IPT artifacts. Essential functions will include:
- Develop Navy Training Systems Plans and related products per Office of the Chief of Naval Operations Instruction (OPNAVINST)76 Series governing Navy training systems for new and legacy systems.
Plans, coordinates, directs, and monitors the implementation of all property and equipment preventive, predictive, and proactive maintenance, repairs, and operations, including staff management, for critical commercial building infrastructure (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil, life safety, conveying, building envelope, locksmith, building finishes, and small projects) across a large and complex portfolio of various building types (low, mid, and high rise) and building and structure uses (public safety, courts, detention, health and human services, labs, data centers, warehouses, office, training, etc.,) in compliance with all department and county requirements and policies as well as local, state and national codes and regulations. Coordinates and partners with other internal and external agencies such as the Police Department, Fire and Rescue Department, Sheriff Department, Department of Health and Human Services, Department of Neighborhood and Community Services, Libraries, Department of Vehicle Services, Office for Environment and Energy Conservation, Department of Emergency Management and Security, Equity Office, etc., and performs related work as required.
