p>What you can expect: • Work on a small team (~7-10 individuals) to help drive change and transformation to the BU Finance teams by enhancing methodology, process/data flow and technology • Tackle problems creatively, while being curious to evaluate situations from all angles, and implement new solutions • Utilize flexible collaboration styles to build a cohesive team and maintain progress • Build partnerships with associates across finance, data office, technology, and the businesses • Demonstrate capacity to communicate complex and technical solutions to non-technical audiences • Evaluate demanding situations, understand the challenges, and take the necessary risks to meet key milestones including making project-level decisions that will be instrumental in keeping pace and setting the stage for future actions and taking responsibility for projects as if they were their own business • Understands that this job is not about knowing the answers, but finding them.
