Overview: The Learning & Development Operations Specialist supports and enhances firmwide learning initiatives through program coordination, systems management, reporting, and operational support. The Learning Experience Manager is responsible for translating business needs into clear learning solutions, managing a small team of instructional designs, and ensuring learning content is delivered on time, on brand, and ready for the field. We're looking for a high-ownership, creative, and operationally savvy Learning Experience Manager who can lead both the creation and execution of scalable training programs for our restaurant teams.

As a Senior Training Specialist (Client Facing Training Manager), you will:

p>The Practice Group Support Specialist serves as an embedded operational and technology resource within assigned Practice Groups (PGs), helping attorneys and legal professionals optimize workflows, adopt AI-enabled tools, and improve day-to-day execution of legal work. The ideal candidate will have a background as a paralegal, legal operations specialist, litigation support professional, or similar legal support role, combined with strong aptitude for emerging legal technology and AI platforms such as Claude and other generative AI tools.
ul>GenAI Training and Education - design and deliver training programs focused on workflow integration, use-case identification, problem-solving with GenAI and responsible and secure use; build narrative-based learning content that helps learners "connect the dots" between their job tasks and GenAI capabilities; and teach employees when GenAI is the appropriate solution versus existing tools ("right tool for the right task"). Needs Analysis and Curriculum Development - conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps in skills, workflows, and understanding of AI capabilities; translate business needs into structured training paths, curriculum modules, and competency frameworks; and partner with SMEs to contextualize training within real job scenarios.
li>Provide input into the development of training programs by researching operating processes and policies or content-related information, authoring participant and facilitator training materials, designing instructions, practice and other learning activities, and developing other support materials, including PowerPoint presentations, audiovisuals, graphics, job aids, and other documents. Collaborate with third-party vendors, contractors, and other business partners to enhance or augment internal training programs and provides customer service by working with senior management to develop and produce training and communication materials.
