The Expo manages the flow of completed orders through the service window, verifies that each dish is prepared and presented correctly, and coordinates with cooks, food runners, and servers to ensure guests receive their food promptly. You may not always be the person delivering the food to the guest, but your attention to detail helps ensure that every order arrives correctly, looks great, and is delivered as quickly as possible.
