Born in 2017 from the kitchen of Danny Meyer's Union Square Cafe in New York City, Daily Provisions is a growing collection of all-day neighborhood cafes with restaurant roots.

Directly reporting to the Vernika Executive Pastry Chef and Vernika General Manager, the role will help develop and execute a wide-ranging menu of dessert items on-premise and aids in the program's overall success.

• Menu Execution: Prepares, cooks, and presents daily menu items and specialized orders efficiently, adhering strictly to recipe specifications, portion controls, and presentation guidelines.
• Shift Wrap-up: Closes, cleans, and sanitizes the station in a timely manner according to strict health codes, while organizing ingredients and prep lists for the following day's production.
