p>To ensure your success from day one in this role, Justrite requires the following qualifications at a minimum: • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Marketing preferred • Minimum of 10+ years of previous experience in Marketing with progressive leadership responsibilities preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector • Strong business acumen and insight into larger business goals and objectives and understand how the role fits into the overall JSG strategy • Proven ability to create, write, and edit compelling marketing content • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams such as sales and operations • Past experience with managing a team, setting goals and priorities, and providing coaching and career mentoring.
