Project Manager - Premier Interior Construction - NoVA

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead sophisticated commercial interior construction projects throughout the Washington, DC and Northern Virginia market. This role is ideal for a hands-on construction professional who can step in immediately, manage multiple stakeholders, and drive projects to successful completion while maintaining schedule, budget, and quality objectives.

Description

The Project Manager - Premier Interior Construction - NoVA will:

• Manage commercial interior construction and renovation projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractors, and client communications.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, vendors, and trade partners throughout project execution.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to clients, ownership, and internal leadership teams.
• Ensure project milestones are achieved while maintaining quality, safety, and profitability goals.
• Review contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
• Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project to effectively manage project workflows and reporting.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, brokers, property managers, and industry partners.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously as workload grows and project assignments expand.
• Drive successful delivery of sophisticated corporate interiors, tenant fit-outs, renovations, and building improvement projects.

Profile

The Project Manager - Premier Interior Construction - NoVA will have:

• 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial General Contractor.
• Proven experience managing high-end corporate interiors, tenant improvements, or commercial renovation projects.
• Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration.
• Experience working with commercial office, legal, medical, financial, government, technology, or similar project types.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of the Washington, DC and Northern Virginia construction market preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
