The responsibilities include: answering the Help Desk phone; recording problems and requests; providing support, software installations, computer deployments, peripheral maintenance, facilitating server deployments, performing system maintenance, working with networking equipment and general IT troubleshooting across a broad range of systems and platforms. A four-year college degree or (2) Completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school with 10 years related experience or (3) Completion of a specialized and extensive in-house training or apprenticeship program and 15 years related experience.
