What you will do in this role:Product Vision and StrategyDevelop and communicate a clear product vision that aligns with business objectivesDefine product strategy and roadmap, ensuring timely product feature deliveryManage dependencies with other teams functions while identifying, building and managing strategic partnerships across the different teams (including business and ITG) and ensure alignment across use case/data product roadmaps Oversee the development and implementation of the product, ensuring it adheres to the defined vision and goals, including the development of reusable, modular components (i.e., limited one-off or tech-debt code) Work with the Domain Leader to set aspirational and achievable Objectives and Key Results (OKRs); regularly adjust product strategy and pod direction based on OKR attainmentRequirements and Backlog ManagementCreate, prioritize, and maintain a product backlog (backlog grooming) that aligns with business goals and progress towards sprint goals and quarterly targets / OKRsEnsure user stories and requirements are clearly articulated and aligned with the visionWork with the Tech Lead and other engineers to estimate the level of effort for each user storyContinuously refine and adjust the backlog to meet changing priorities and new insightsStakeholder Collaboration and Executive PresenceEngage with stakeholders to gather requirements, feedback, and insights, ensuring alignment with the overall product strategyEscalate and unblock any pod members' dependencies/needs. It reports to the domain leader and Vice President of Revenue Cycle Transformation and will interact frequently with executive-level revenue cycle leadership, so having revenue cycle experience within a healthcare setting is going to be really important in order to successful in this role.
